1. The Licensing Process
Because listing data is proprietary, the MLS requires a signed agreement between the Technology Provider (us), the Broker of Record, and the Agent (you).
- We Start the Request: We submit your details to MLS Grid.
- The Broker Signs: Your Broker of Record will receive a digital signature link via email.
- Activation: Once approved, your property search goes live immediately.

2. Information We Need
To begin the filing, please have the following details ready for your project intake:
- Broker of Record: Full name and primary email address.
- Brokerage Name: The official legal name of your firm.
- Agent Info: Your name and the email associated with your MLS account.
Tip for a Fast Setup: Give your Managing Broker a “heads up” to look for an email from MLS Grid. Remind them this is not a bill – we handle all subscription fees – it is simply a digital authorization.
